MJ International Corp. offers quality merchandise, but occasionally an item must be returned. If you need to return merchandise, please call our customer service department, 800-378-9098, for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Office  hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. 

We will deduct a 20% restocking fee for any items returned without prior authorization.

An item may be returned for credit up to 30 days after your receipt of the product.

Products that have been used and are not defective, can not be returned.

Full credit for the product's cost will be available for returns authorized within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise.

After 30 days a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.

A 25% handling fee will be assessed if the merchandise is not returned in original packaging or resaleable condition.

A credit to your charge account or in-store merchandise credit is available when the merchandise is received by Kitchen Emporium.

Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable and you pay shipping charges to return the merchandise.
